LOOK AT CROWE IN PRIZEFIGHTER

No, not Russell Crowe decking some lurking pap… this is actually a look at Crowe in upcoming bare knuckle yarn Prizefighter.

Russell will play the role of Jem Belcher’s grandad Jack Slack in the film, which tells the story of the legendary boxer.  Evidently, Crowe’s character likes a bit of booze and broads after a day’s beating up pissants in muck fields.

Synopsis: At the turn of the 19th century, Pugilism was the sport of kings and a gifted young boxer fought his way to becoming champion of England.
