Here’s a new trailer for Dragged Across Concrete.

How do you have the prodigy S. Craig Zahler do the impossible and best his masterpieces Bone Tomahawk and Brawl in Cell Block 99?  Well give him more resources, and Mel fucking Gibson.

And now some more good news about this movie.  It’s going to be two hours and forty minutes.

And you know that Zahler does not do bloated, tedious shit.  That’s going to be a damn good 160 minutes.  And if anyone has any doubts, now we have the script.  And it’s damn good.

And for anyone in doubt, check out this synopsis:

Two policemen, one an old-timer (Mel Gibson), the other his volatile younger partner (Vince Vaughn), find themselves suspended when a video of their strong-arm tactics become the media’s cause du jour. Low on cash and with no other options, these two embittered soldiers descend into the criminal underworld to gain their just due, but instead find far more than they wanted awaiting them in the shadows.

It’s like God himself ordered a movie.  This one is surely manly movie of the decade, or even century.

CREED II

Here’s a deleted scene from Creed II.  It’s a good scene, where Adonis and Rocky console Team Drago.  I would have to speculate the reason for its removal would be to keep options open for a return of Viktor Drago.

And people don’t want to see two fighters who have buried the hatchet going at it.  Drago can be seen in training again at the end of the movie.

It wouldn’t be the first time an antagonist appeared twice in the Rocky universe.

HULK HOGAN

Years ago Hulk Hogan said he wanted Chris Hemsworth to play him in a movie.  People laughed.  Well who is laughing now?

Hemsworth will play him in a biopic that reunites Todd Phillips with Scott Silver, the respective director and writer of the upcoming DC Comics movie The Joker. John Pollono (Stronger) will co-write the script with Silver.

I presume that WWE has agreed to this, they own (obviously) the rights to WWF material but also WCW material.  You can’t really fill in a Hogan biopic without the nWo.
