Statham: EX3 ‘Biggest Action Movie Ever Made’

Chev Chelios has been chin wagging again about his upcoming slate of Manly Movies with Entertainment Today.  He seems genuinely excited about The Expendables 3 (2014) and saw fit to call it ‘the biggest action movie that’s ever been made’.  Not 100% sure about that, but if the axiom that every screenplay page translates to one minute of movie time, then it could possibly be the biggest Expendables movie, weighing in at a theoretical 136 minutes.  He also talks about his near-fatal stunt, or doesn’t – he has to legally keep quiet.  But you can read more on that here and here.

Statham also talks about his Fast & Furious 7 (2014) role and seems to like the fact that he’s going to be the antagonist.  I like that too.  For sure, I’ll be rooting for the bad guy in that movie.  Statham says the movie features ‘stupendous car action’ … Manly.  Obviously Statham is promoting Homefront (2013) here too, which by the way, is out next week.  Go see it!  Video below…
