Five Things Needed For Rambo V
2) Rated R
I use the above picture from First Blood not so much to suggest what we’d like to see in Rambo V, rather, what will likely happen to Sylvester Stallone by the hands of fans if he dares go there, with this movie. It’s one thing to downgrade The Expendables 3 to PG-13, but if it were to happen in a Rambo movie… Stallone would probably be hunted down and strung up. Now I am sure that it will be Rated R, but you know, if they’re going in a more First Blood style direction, some might argue that that original movie might have gotten away with the PG-13 rating today. Maybe the brutality and horrors of Rambo IV aren’t needed, but it had better be damned violent. Or else.
