Then he seen Bill Bixby mutate into a giant green pissed off dude and a lightbulb came on in Hogan’s head. Hogan and Vince McMahon took the name Hulk, borrowed the idea of Hulking up and pilfered the idea of a man being so huge and jacked up that he rips his own shirt off.
