3) Steven Seagal
Master Seagal is even more obligatory than Jackie Chan. And again, he has earned his stripes ahead of others appearing here. The noobs especially, but also the likes of Couture or even Lundgren. They have one last shot at this and Seagal, behind Stallone, Arnold, Willis and JCVD… was probably the fifth biggest action star of the 1990’s. Love him or hate him, he deserves his spot. And he’d probably be open to being that much-needed villain. The only problem, and it seems to be a big one, seems to be Avi Lerner. Why else would Seagal have missed all three Expendables, if it isn’t his ego? Get Seagal in there, have him fight Wesley Snipes. See how it wins the fanbase back…
