Top Five: Things An Expendables 4 Needs
2) Hard R
The movie needs to be R-rated, that is a given. But after the kick in the balls that was The Expendables 3 and its PG-13 rating, they need to go one step further. If an Expendables 4 gets made, it needs to be hard-R. I’m talking Rambo IV style brutality here. And not only that, but they need to be loud and clear about it from the get-go, perhaps with a brutal teaser or preview clip. Remember, years ago when Stallone was desperate to sell Rambo IV, he personally passed a brutal 3 minute clip to AICN. It was like something from a snuff movie, but it worked, people wanted that movie before the first trailer even hit.
