50 Stallone Movies Ranked From Best To Worst

35) NIGHTHAWKS (1981)

At this point on this list, we’re starting to get into ‘sort of better territory’.  Nighthawks might be the first movie mentioned here that has actual fans.

The film is a moderately intense and conservative entry from Stallone, where he plays a street cop on the trail of terrorist Rutger Hauer.

Hauer is blowing shit up real good, but Stallone’s Deke Dasilva (Stallone always gets good screen names) is having none of it.  His beard relays to us that he means business, in a thriller type of way.

I’m not a huge fan of this movie, but it has its own charm I suppose, the type of Stallone movie you’ll only visit once in a decade.  Rutger Hauer is the star of the show of course, with Billy Dee Williams filling in some good support.
