Most of the ingredients for Assassins are good. A film by Richard Donner, starring Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Banderas, and produced by Joel Silver.
It seems to be a divisive film among fans though. For me though, the script is the problem, presenting a movie that is kind of dull and a bit convoluted. Stallone earned another Golden Raspberry award for worst actor too.
But again, most value in the movie comes from Stallone himself. Good screen presence, but is it really a movie worth checking out again?
